Requesting a refund

Hello, I did cancel my subscription on the 13'th and my renewal date was on the 14'th, As per the 30 days money back guarantee, please refund me the full amount, since the tool wasn't effective for me, and the files I tried to recover didn't recover properly and most of it didn't recover at all, therefore please issue me a full refund, as I only subscribed knowing that there is a 30 days money back guarantee.
